Pool Maintenance in Bonita Springs, FL

Weekly swimming pool care for homeowners across Bonita Springs and the surrounding area.

Background-checked technicians running the same routine every week.

Background-Checked Technicians on Every Visit

The person who services your pool matters as much as the work itself. Our technicians are background checked and trained on our routine before they ever run a route alone. New hires ride along with a supervisor for at least a week, and only go out on their own once that supervisor signs off.

That training is why the visit does not change depending on who is standing at your pool. Everyone works from the same checklist and the same standard, so your water gets the same attention in week three as it did in week one. It is the part most homeowners tell us they were missing before.

What Weekly Maintenance Covers

We follow the same routine on every visit, so nothing gets skipped on a busy week.

  • Water testing and chemical balancing
  • Surface skimming and debris removal
  • Skimmer and pump baskets emptied
  • Brushing, vacuuming, and filter rinsing as needed
  • Tile line cleaned with a brush and pool-safe soap
  • Equipment checked while we are on site

Once we are done, you get a service report by email with a photo of your pool taken that day. You can see the water, not just read that someone was there.

We service in-ground concrete pools on a weekly schedule. That is the only frequency we offer, because a longer gap between visits is where most swimming pool problems start.

Protecting Plaster From Soft Water

The tap water in Bonita Springs is soft. That sounds like good news, and for your dishes it is, but a plaster pool wants more calcium in the water than your hose delivers.

Every time your pool gets topped off, that soft water thins out the calcium already in it. Left alone long enough, water low in calcium starts pulling minerals out of the plaster instead, which shows up as rough patches and etching on the surface. Left longer still, it stops being a chemistry problem and becomes plaster and surface repair.

This is why we test for calcium hardness and add to it when the reading drops, rather than only watching chlorine and pH. It is a slow problem, which is exactly why it goes unnoticed on a pool nobody is testing every week.

Catching Equipment Problems Early

Our weekly visit is often the only time anyone looks closely at your equipment pad, and most equipment failures give some warning before they stop the pool.

A pump running louder than it did last week, filter pressure climbing, a small drip at a fitting, a heater that takes longer to fire. None of those will get your attention from inside the house. All of them are obvious to someone standing in front of the equipment who saw it seven days ago.

When we spot something, you hear about it that day rather than in a report at the end of the month. Sometimes that means a small pool equipment repair before it becomes a failure. Sometimes it just means you get to plan for a replacement instead of being surprised by one in the middle of summer.

That early warning is a large part of what our weekly plan is actually buying you. The clean water is the visible half.

What Our Customers Say

Pool Maintenance Common Questions

Why is service weekly instead of every other week?

Pools here lose chlorine quickly in the heat, and summer storms push debris and rainwater in fast. Two weeks is long enough for algae to take hold, so weekly is the only schedule we run.

Who will be servicing my pool?

A technician from our team, background checked and trained on the same routine before they run a route on their own. Whoever is on your pool that week is working from the same standard.

Do you service vinyl liner or above-ground pools?

We work on in-ground concrete pools only. Our tools, chemicals, and training are built around that one type.

What happens if I am out of town during service season?

Nothing changes. Service continues on schedule, and your photo report arrives by email the same as always.

How do I know the visit actually happened?

Every report includes a photo of your swimming pool taken during that visit, along with what was done.

Can I see my billing and service history?

Yes. We can set you up with a portal login that shows your service history, past quotes, and payment method. Just ask and we will send it.
