How We Got Started
William Klingeman started out in the pool industry in Missouri, then spent about two years with a pool company in Naples before going out on his own. He bought a work truck, covered the bills from savings, and took on his first customers.
We have grown well past that one truck. Today our team handles weekly pool service, equipment repair, and installation across Southwest Florida, and we have kept putting what the business earns back into people and equipment.
Keeping Customers Informed
Pool service should not leave you wondering whether someone showed up, what was done, or who to call when something needs attention.
After every weekly visit you get a service report with a live photo of your pool taken that day. When a repair comes up, we answer quickly rather than leaving you waiting days to hear back.
Training and Repair Work
Our technicians run weekly routes across Collier and Lee County. New hires ride with a supervisor for at least a week, longer when they need it, and nobody takes a route alone until that supervisor signs off.
William still handles most of the more complex equipment and automation work himself. We are licensed and insured, and the rest of the team is trained to the same standard, so you get the same visit whether it is routine service or a repair call.
