William Klingeman started doing pool work in Missouri. He later moved to Naples, where his father lived, and worked for another pool company for about two years first.
Eventually William decided to go out on his own. He bought a work truck, leaned on savings to cover the bills, and built Arctic Pools & Spas from there.
William moved to Naples about six years ago. Naples is where he built the company from scratch, and it remains home base today.
William Klingeman is the owner and lead technician at Arctic Pools & Spas. He personally handles the majority of repairs and installs, including complex jobs like igniters and automation systems.
A trained crew of technicians handles weekly routes across Naples and Fort Myers. Every one of them is supervised for at least a week before working solo.
Arctic Pools & Spas is state-licensed (LCC2023002962) and insured. Every technician rides with a supervisor for one to two weeks before going solo, and no one starts alone without a supervisor sign-off.
